01 General Terms & Conditions

Goid111 is an online betting and gaming platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh and select other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between goid111 and its users.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on goid111, you confirm that you:

• At least 18 years of age and considered an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legally capable of complying with these Terms & Conditions.
• You are betting with your own funds for your own personal entertainment.
• Online betting is not prohibited in your country or region.

Goid111 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration & Verification

A valid account is required to use services on goid111. All information provided at registration must be accurate, up-to-date, and truthful.

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and identity details provided at registration must exactly match your National ID card.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number and email address.
• If family members wish to operate separate accounts from the same device or network, they must notify Support in advance.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Goid111 conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for security and legal compliance. The following documents may be required before a withdrawal or upon exceeding certain limits:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• A selfie photo (holding your ID document).
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).

Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. goid111 may request additional verification at any time.

2.3 Account Security

03 Betting Rules & Regulations

Please read the following rules carefully before placing bets on goid111. These rules apply to all betting markets.

3.1 Betting Limits

• Minimum bet: ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Maximum bet: varies by market and event, and will be displayed on each betting slot.
• The maximum payout on a single bet is capped at ৳20,00,000 (twenty lakh BDT).

3.2 Odds & Results

Goid111 reserves the right to change odds at any time before an event begins. The odds at the time a bet is accepted are final. In live betting, odds fluctuating during a match is normal and will not affect any previously accepted bets.

3.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and is not completed within 48 hours, all bets will be voided.
• Goid111 reserves the right to void any bet where evidence of match-fixing or irregular results is found.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Goid111 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods for deposits and withdrawals — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Payments sent through third parties will not be accepted and may be subject to delays in being returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT).
• For verified KYC accounts, funds are typically transferred within 5–30 minutes.
• If KYC verification is incomplete, processing may take 48–72 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.

4.3 Transaction Fees

Goid111 generally does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, payment providers (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges, which are the user's responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Goid111 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the offers page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• Bonus applies up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and are for betting use only.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, IP address, or payment method.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Goid111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goid111. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any systematic strategy is strictly prohibited.
• Match Manipulation: Any attempt to influence the outcome of a match or event is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple identities or methods is prohibited.
• Hacking or Fraud: Any attempt to breach platform security or steal another user's information is strictly prohibited.
• Minor Participation: Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using the platform.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Goid111 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity are detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide required information.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months — you will be notified by email in advance.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please ensure all withdrawals are completed before closing. To reactivate a closed account, submit a request to support.

08 Responsible Betting
